I prepped leftovers for the freezer. I napped. I bottled ale. I simmered a turkey carcass for stock. I made white russians.

Life is sweet.

oh yummy - maybe after I serve the masses hot chocolate and cookies tonight at the tree lighting in Stratford - I will come home and enjoy one of those myself...ok, maybe two! :)

Wow.....I'm simmering a chicken carcus for stock and I've got homemade kahlua on the stove as well.
